It Comes Down to You
Everyone makes hundreds of decisions every day, and ethical behavior starts with the criteria we use to make those decisions. When we make ethical choices, it means we can be confident in and proud of the actions we take.
As members of the Mason community, we all should be aware of the university policies and guidelines that help guide and govern our behavior. We're expected to be accountable for our actions, to act responsibly, and to avoid conflicts and behaviors that can damage how we see ourselves and how others see us.
Knowledge, accountability, and good-faith efforts are key.
Ethics violations can harm both Mason's reputation and the reputation of individual members of our community. Think before you speak, think before you act, and Mason Nation will be the stronger for it.
